“ Great water location and the food is some of the best we had. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. He was a great help. ”
“ My family and I ate here the other night to celebrate my dad’s birthday and we were not disappointed. I was a little nervous trying this place because I had never been here before and seafood places are sometimes iffy, but our whole table was impressed with the food. Our waitress was awesome and service was great. For drinks I got the cucumber cooler and was impressed by how good it was! My parents got espresso martinis and they’re usually pretty judgy about how they are but they loved it. I got the baked cod, which I usually don’t get at places because sometimes it comes out too dry, and it was perfectly cooked! Other people at the table got the chicken parm, zuppa fra diavolo, and the baked fisherman’s platter and they were all very happy with their meals. The only thing about this place that people should know is that there’s no good parking area. There’s a couple spots next to the restaurant that fill up fast and you have to park on the street so it could be a bit of a walk if it’s a busy night. ”
“ The atmosphere here is great for a wonderful, date it is a relaxed but social location. The food is well seasoned and the portions are great for 2 or more. The host we had was very easy to talk to was great with the orders. The food came to the table quick, the bartender is great with making drinks 10 stars to our host and the bartender. The parking up close is good if you have great timing but if you don't mind a little walking you can park a little further down. I would definitely recommend 10 stars ”

“ Three of us decided to try this restaurant, two of us wanted seafood the other not a fan. We arrived as walk-ins on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately at a table with a great view of the water. I wasn't too hungry so ordered two appetizers as my meal; the New England Clam Chowder and the Maryland Crab Cakes. one of my dining partners also had the clam chowder with the Baked Scallops, the other ordered a Waterfront Cheeseburger. Food was excellent, portions generous, and service attentive. We took our time over dinner, enjoying conversation, and never felt rushed or ignored. I particularly enjoyed the chowder. ”
“ I wish I could give On the Waterfront more than five stars! We had an absolutely phenomenal private event there for my son and his bride-to-be's wedding rehearsal lunch. Andrea coordinated the entire experience like a seasoned pro and our servers Molly and Michelle were fantastic. But the real centerpiece was THE MEAL! Amazing food from the appetizers all the way through to the eye-popping and delicious desserts! Bravo to the entire culinary team! Oh, and the view is not to be forgotten. It was a rainy, moody day, and the beautiful windows in the private dining space showcased that perfectly. I'm only sad that nearly the entire wedding party (myself included) hails from out of state so we won't be able to return on the regular...HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially if you have a private event! ”

This experience comes complete with views of the Thames River and a well designed outdoor dining patio made for all weather. The Italian style Dishes are incredible. The chicken parm will slap you out of your chair ... The margaritas go down extra easy ( coconut especially) ... Do yourself the biggest ... Take a date and make it great... This place has tremendous swagger... ”
